About the Game

Step into the shoes of a new student navigating the chaos of campus life in this Visual Novel / RPG Hybrid created for Merdeka Jam 2026.

Balance your limited time in the Dorm Hub as you spend "Turns" to hang out with a colorful cast of characters (including the unforgettable Mirul!), uncover secrets, and trigger branching story chapters. But this isn't just a reading experience—your choices have weight. Every major decision triggers D&D-style d20 stat rolls based on your Charm, Intelligence, Courage, and Dexterity.

Did you study hard enough to pass that intelligence check? Are you charming enough to unlock that secret dialogue option? Roll the dice and find out!

Features

• RPG Stat System & Dice Rolls: Your stats matter. Pass (or fail!) d20 checks based on your character's build to alter the flow of the story.
• Time Management: Plan your days in the Dorm Hub carefully. You only have a limited number of turns to trigger activities and advance the plot.
• Interactive Minigames: The story is broken up by fast-paced, reflex-testing minigames (like the precision clicker challenge). Winning or losing directly impacts the narrative!
• Branching Storylines: Tracked through a robust underlying flag system, your choices, relationships, and minigame results dynamically change how characters react to you.
• Powered by SeMaK: Built entirely on our custom-engineered SeMaK Visual Novel engine within Godot 4, allowing for seamless transitions, dynamic animations, and complex narrative logic.

Controls

• Left Click / Tap: Advance dialogue, select choices, and interact with the UI.
• Minigames: Follow the on-screen prompts (primarily mouse-driven).
